Some transactions can be highlighted in red on your transaction screen. There are 2 reasons for this:
- The transaction is overdue;
- The transaction has a checklist item that is past due.
When you navigate to the transaction it will show you whether there are outdated documents or listing is expired.
To check what documents are past due, please navigate to the checklist of the required transaction, where you will find these items marked in red.
You can complete these tasks by uploading the required documents or adjusting the due dates by clicking the Edit task button.
When the transaction is overdue, you need to adjust the Expiration date. To do this please click the edit link and select the Edit option from the drop-down list.
Enter the required Expiration date and hit the Save button.
