If there is a document that is on the checklist but does not apply to a particular transaction you can request an exemption. Once the admin receives this request they will either approve or reject it. As soon as it is done being reviewed an email notification will be sent.
Please follow the next steps to exempt appropriate document:
- Navigate to the Checklists or Documents tab;
- Select required task for the document;
- Click on the Exempt button on upper right-hand side of the page;
