You can tie dates created in transaction fields to specific tasks on a checklist. Please follow the steps below:
Add a date field to the Transaction fields under the Fields tab.
NOTE: Please make sure you set the type of the field to be a date.
Navigate to the Checklists tab. Once you are in your checklist template please select the Action button and select Add task.
Add a new task and select due "before or after" custom date.
Once you set these preferences on your templates it will ask any user who has added this checklist to their transaction to enter the custom date and they will be reminded of the task due.
